It is advised not buy the auction property for which the physical copy of sale deed not present at the bank or DRT.

Consequences

1.You will need to wait long time it may varies from 1 month to more time (May be years) to get sale deed and linked document

2.You may not get loan for the property for which linked document not present as banks ask for the linked document.

3.Need to wait for the sale deed document of the auction property (may be years

i have seen customer still waiting from 5 years till now he has not received the sale deed document of the auction property )

4.You cannot change the name in the electricity bill to you name without the sale deed document of the auction property.

5.You cannot change the name in the property tax and also in municipality to your name without the sale deed document of the auction property.
